Rooted in sound purism and underground culture, Heat Sync strips away the detachment of traditional stages. Energy radiates outward from the center point of the room, creating an immersive 360-degree dance floor where the barrier between selector and dancer disappears. Built on driving basslines, relentless percussion, and dark-room intimacy, Thursday Service offers a focused mid-week ritual for Chicago’s dance music community.
About Heat Sync
Heat Sync is a Chicago collective of artists dedicated to uplifting the sounds of the city’s underground, with an emphasis on dance-forward techno. Through Thursday Service, the collective creates space for local and visiting DJs to share forward-thinking electronic music in a focused, high-energy setting.Every week introduces a different lineup and musical direction while maintaining the same purpose: bringing artists and dancers together through sound, movement and a shared respect for the dance floor.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
House Rules and Entry Information
Thursday Service is built around music, movement, consent and respect. Please review the entry and dance-floor guidelines before arriving.
Entry and Arrival
Tickets are required, and purchasing in advance is highly encouraged. A ticket does not guarantee immediate entry, so please arrive early and allow time for check-in.
There is no re-entry. Masada’s outdoor green space is available for smoking, and guests should not gather or linger in front of the venue.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. The patio closes at midnight.
Bags and Personal Items
Bags are not permitted on the dance floor. Complimentary bag check is available at the door.
The Dance Floor
The dance floor and DJ booth are spaces for dancing. Please use your phone or have extended conversations toward the back of the room.
Do not touch the DJ or any DJ equipment.
Consent and Respect
Consent is required. Do not touch anyone without their express permission.
Respect the space and respect one another. Behavior that compromises the safe environment being created may result in removal from the event.
