Rooftop Events in Chicago

Tucked above the energy of Logan Square, Masada's rooftop offers a unique open-air escape designed for gathering, conversation, music, and unforgettable nights beneath the sky. Inspired by the warmth and atmosphere of a Moroccan garden, the space transforms throughout the season into a destination for rooftop events, sunset sessions, special celebrations, and open-air DJ experiences.

Our brick-walled rooftop is an urban rustic design, featuring climbing grapevines, lush greenery, and twinkling string lights that create a welcoming atmosphere from day into night. Authentic Moroccan lanterns and intricate iron railings add warmth and character throughout the space, creating the feeling of a hidden garden retreat tucked away above the city.

Surrounded by natural textures, ambient lighting, and a welcoming multi-level layout, the rooftop provides an experience that feels intimate, vibrant, and distinctly different from Chicago's traditional nightlife scene.

The rooftop at Masada isn't defined by towering skyline views or crowded tourist destinations. Its character comes from the atmosphere itself.

As the sun begins to set behind the neighborhood, the rooftop takes on a completely different energy.  String lights glow overhead, music drifts through the air, and guests gather among greenery and lantern-lit pathways that feel worlds away from the city streets below.
Whether you're attending a rooftop event, meeting friends before the dance floor comes alive, or simply enjoying the open-air environment, every visit offers a different experience and a new reason to stay a little longer.

Throughout the season, Masada hosts a variety of rooftop experiences that bring together music lovers, creatives, and the local community.

From sunset gatherings and rooftop DJ events to cultural celebrations and special guest performances, every event is designed to complement the atmosphere of the space and create meaningful moments under the open sky.

Expect carefully curated music, a welcoming crowd, and an environment that encourages connection, discovery, and celebration.

Guests can enjoy specialty cocktails, bottle service and group accommodations during select rooftop events. Masada’s rooftop is ideal for birthday celebrations, group outings and special occasions, offering a stylish open-air setting for unforgettable nights out in Chicago. For availability and group inquiries, please contact our events team.
